The Wedding!!!

The wedding was beautiful. The morning started out really nice, but come time for the wedding, the weather didn't want to cooperate. It was still decent weather.
The wedding took place at Waters Farm in Sutton, MA
The scenery was beautiful.(I know I need another adjective, but it was beautiful!)

Brian, Braden, Allen, Eric and Brandon
(Brian and Eric are Ashley's brothers)
Ashley and her Court
Marissa and Brynn were the Flower Girls

My girls had to keep Ashley from crying, that was their job before the ceremony.
Todd performed the ceremony. No, he is not a Justice of the Peace, or a minister, but in the state of MA, anyone can have a license to perform a marriage for the day.

Brynn loved Ashley's friends. She was not at all shy. I think she danced with almost every single one of them!

It was a fun, wonderful day. It was so fun to have all the family in town, thanks to everyone who made the trip out. I know it meant a lot to Ashley and the rest of the family!
We love you Ashley and Joe! Congrats!

Another Track Meet

We had to be back from Lexington for Braden's second track meet.

He wasn't overly thrilled with his performance. He only cleared 4'8" this week. He took 3rd place. It doesn't help that he was up until 11:30 babysitting and watching the Bruins game the night before. As a side note, we were not gone that late, he was only babysitting until about 10. After that, he was free to go to sleep. Sad thing is, the Bruins lost.

Lexington

Some of Friday was spent in Lexington and Concord. We got a bit of a late start, couldn't find all we were looking for, and had to be back for a track meet, so we saw some of the
Minute Man Museum.

Danika wanted to take pictures with my camera. She is a pretty good photographer for a 3 year old.

Kylie, Danika and Brynn all had matching shirts. Marissa has one too, but she had to go to school.

Dinner

Thursday evening was the dinner for my cousin's wedding. It was at Lucky's Cafe in Worcester.

This is the happy couple! Joe and Ashley

More............

On Wednesday, Denise and Lance went to New York City for the day and my parents and all the kids hung around the house and in the afternoon Braden had an orthodontist appt. in Rhode Island. So we all hopped in the car and went to Providence. We did a little shopping, had dinner, got a bit freaked out because of Kylie's allergies(had to make a CVS run for Benadryl), then Brandon had a Court of Honor. He earned his Tenderfoot and 2nd Class ranks.

Thursday Lance and Denise and their girls went to Salem and York, Maine. My parents, me and Brynn went to the grocery store!

Boston!

We had a busy day in Boston! It was a ton of fun and very tiring. We put many miles on our shoes.

One of the few things Marissa wanted to see was the Old North Church. She has been learning about it in school. Unfortunately by the time we got there, it was closed!

Statue of Paul Revere

Another thing Marissa and Lance wanted to see was Paul Revere's house. Again~CLOSED!

We took a tour of Fenway Park! It was awesome! My dad wants to go to all the Major League ballparks, but every time he comes here, the Sox are out of town or the game is sold out. We figured this would be the next best thing.

We also took a Duck Tour. I highly recommend it. I can't remember what this is, but I liked the picture!

I am thinking the driver took this picture since I am in it and Todd wasn't there!

Massachusetts State House

Kylie didn't drive the Duck, she wasn't very happy on the Duck, Braden didn't drive the duck because I think they thought he was an adult.
We had a great day and the kids were troopers through the whole thing. We spent 11 hours in the city and we were exhausted!

The Family is in Town!!

My family came to town!! My cousin is getting married and they all came! How lucky am I that she decided to get married here!

We were a bit tired, so we kind of hung around at my house, plus my kids couldn't miss school because of MCAS testing, so we went to feed the ducks at the West End Creamery. Unfortunately, Kylie hurt her hand and didn't want to be in the picture, but this is everyone else with my parents.
Feeding the ducks. They didn't want to be fed at first, we had to corral them to get the to even go into the water.

The girls were in dress ups most of the time.

Marissa's Birthday Party!

Marissa had a small birthday party this year with a few friends from school. It was nice, as I was able to pick them all up after school and we were able to party!
