Hurricane Sandy,
otherwise know as,
Frankenstorm,
Tropical Storm Sandy
and several other names,
was mostly kind to the Burt household.
We did not lose power,
we did not have any trees come down
(unlike last year)
all we got was rain and wind.
We are very grateful.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to all those who live around us,
to the south of us,
and to the west of us,
that Sandy did not treat as well.
